Jupiter
Service Center is a 125,400 square foot
office showroom development joint-ventured by
Randy Wood, John Buten, Jr., and Phoenix Capital
Partners. The project is located in east Plano
on Jupiter Road and 10th Street less than one
mile north of the new President George Bush
Tollroad (State Hwy. 190). Jupiter is the first
exit east of U.S. Hwy. 75 off of State Hwy.190.
The project is surrounded by over 100,000 jobs/employees
